包装膜特点

（1）材料构成：

材质构成与阻隔性能，膜材通常采用BOPP复合结构，其中铝箔或镀铝层能有效阻隔氧气、水蒸气和紫外线，防止颜料因受潮、氧化或光照而变色、结块或失效，同时基材具备极高的抗拉伸强度和抗穿刺性能，能承受粉体灌装时的冲击而不破损。

（3）抗污性

良好的抗污染热封特性，膜面经过特殊处理，在沾染少量颜料粉末的情况下仍能保持稳定的热封效果，有效避免因封口夹粉导致的密封不严，这一特性对于粉体包装尤为关键。

（4）效果

印刷适应性与展示效果，膜面可进行高精度凹版印刷，能清晰呈现品牌标识、色号标识、使用说明等信息，同时通过透明窗口或镀铝层的金属光泽提升产品货架辨识度。
